First of all, there are 44 Arches and archways in Lisbon. All of them are worth taking a look at and learning the history behind each one. There are 56 fountains which are a beautiful for you to see. The area has 67 public gardens with various plants and flowers that dot the countryside with colourful and appealing scenery for you too admire.

Breathtaking Architecture awaits you and you will feel like royalty as you explore the city’s 92 palaces, which are absolutely gorgeous. For another fantastic sight to see there are 102 Catholic churches with ornate architecture. Last, but not least it is a cultural haven to have 51 museums in one city. Each one contains a different collection, whether it be art, history or another fantastic exhibit.

All of these cultural places are open to the public and most of them stay open every day except Mondays. There are nominal fees for admittance so check ahead of time for rates. There are also numerous theatres in Lisbon for you to enjoy the opera, Broadway Musicals and ballet. Be sure to see a comedy or dance show, too and visit the art galleries.
